El Novillero will be celebrating 35 Years as of July 6, 2005. The Davalos Family and staff would like to thank all of their customers for helping us reach this milestone. We never dreamed that in 1970 our 28 seat restaurant would be come one of Sacramento's premier Mexican restaurants. Today we now have a seating capacity of 260.

Thanks for 35 years of patronage! From all of us at El Novillero. We take extra pride in the food that we serve. Everything is made fresh daily from our sauces to our corn chips. We use nothing but the finest ingredients possible. We are also pleased to be able to offer you such quality and quantity of food at reasonable prices.

El Novillero Does not take reservations we are first come first serve. However, we do offer a group reservation menu for large parties for that special event you are celebrating. Private rooms are available with a booking fee. For more information on booking a party or off-premise catering, please call Carol Dykes, she is available Monday thru Friday from 10AM to 3PM.
