El Novillero will be celebrating 39 Years as of July 6, 2009. The Davalos Family and staff would like to thank all of their customers for helping us reach this milestone. We never dreamed that in 1970 our 28 seat restaurant would be come one of Sacramento's premier Mexican restaurants. Today we now have a seating capacity of 260.

Thanks for 38 years of patronage! From all of us at El Novillero. We take extra pride in the food that we serve. Everything is made fresh daily from our sauces to our corn chips. We use nothing but the finest ingredients possible. We are also pleased to be able to offer you such quality and quantity of food at reasonable prices.

To Our Valued Customers: We would like to thank you for your continued patronage. Because of you we have been able to install a water filtration system done by Liquid Solutions. All water is now filtered for your convenience. El Novillero has also been able to install Solar Paneling to heat all of our water and a Backup Generator to continue to serve you under the most extreme circumstances.
